Melco Precisions Pvt Ltd, trading as Melco Castings, specialises in high chrome, Ni-hard white iron, manganese steel and heat-resistant steel castings for crushing, shredding and high-temperature duty.
We manufacture custom wear parts and heat-resistant castings, principally for the aggregate, metal recycling, cement, mining and waste-to-energy industries. Our range covers blow bars, shredder hammers, grates and grids, impactor hammers, roller tyres, grate bars and precast machine augers.
Production runs across two integrated facilities with in-house capability from research and design through to final finishing. Annual capacity is approximately 3,000 tonnes, with individual castings from 5 kg to 2,000 kg.
Our principal export markets are United States and Australia. We also supply South Africa, Zambia, Congo, Ghana, Russia, Spain, United Kingdom, Germany, UAE, Yemen, Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia.
We don't just sell. We listen. Most wear problems have a cause that is specific to the machine, the feed and how the plant is run. Understanding that first is what lets us recommend a grade that actually lasts longer, rather than simply quoting the part that was asked for.
To be the supplier our customers call when turnaround matters. A crusher or shredder standing idle costs more per day than the castings it is waiting for, so we plan production and freight around the date the plant needs the parts.
