Established export line
Regularly shipped in container quantities to North American aggregate and recycling operations.
Replacement bars for Stedman and comparable North American impactor designs, supplied as weight-matched sets.
Melco supplies replacement blow bars for Stedman impactors and for the comparable Eagle, Metso and Astec designs that share similar rotor arrangements. These are long-standing export lines for us, shipped in container quantities to North America.
Bars are cast to the customer drawing or reverse-engineered from a sample, then heat treated to the grade appropriate for the duty. Because these machines often run mixed recycling feed as well as virgin rock, we frequently supply the same profile in more than one alloy.
Every set is weighed and matched, and the mounting geometry is checked against the drawing so the bar seats square in the rotor pocket.
Regularly shipped in container quantities to North American aggregate and recycling operations.
The same bar in high chrome, martensitic or manganese steel to suit changing feed.
Pocket faces verified against drawing so the bar seats square and the rotor runs true.
Bars strapped to heat-treated timber pallets, marked and documented for sea freight.
Applies to stedman blow bars produced at our works. Castings outside this range can usually be accommodated, so please ask.

Composition ranges are quoted against the published standard. Actual analysis for your heat is issued with the castings.
We produce bars for Stedman impactors and for comparable Eagle, Metso and Astec rotors. Send the machine model and either a drawing or a sample bar and we will confirm before quoting.
Bars are strapped to ISPM-15 heat-treated timber pallets, edge-protected and marked with the part number and heat number. Container loading plans are provided with the shipping documents.
Where a pattern already exists, production plus sea freight is the main driver. For a new pattern, add the pattern shop time. We give a firm date with the quotation rather than a general estimate.
No. These are independently manufactured replacement wear parts intended to fit Stedman machines. Melco Castings is not affiliated with or endorsed by Stedman, Eagle, Metso or Astec.
Tell us the machine, the feed and the quantity. If you have a drawing or photographs of the worn part, mention it and we will send an upload link.
